By preparing mentally and spiritually, you’ll be fully ready to engage with the transformative power of breath.

Set the mind

You set yourself up for success by making space and allowing yourself to be ready. You mentally and spiritually prepare for the 7 days to connect with your breath and be open to the surprises it may share about yourself.

What suits your schedule

In your pre-week you decide on the order of the content, so it fits your schedule. From shorter sessions on the go to 90 min transformative breath journeys, - you will know your time and availability best.

The right time & space

Some sessions work best with headphones, while others involve some movement. By fitting the sessions into your schedule, you allow them to be more effective and yourself to be more present for them.

Bring your own theme

You’ll have the opportunity to choose a personal healing topic that resonates with you. Whether it's addressing inner child wounds, navigating a recent breakup, feeling stuck in your energy, or overcoming frustration in your life, this journey is tailored to meet you where you are.

Hej, I’m Kim

Kim here, (she/her) a breath worker and scent practitioner. I’ve has been breathing with 700+ individuals and counting.

My approach is to provide a “executive summary” of all my experience and work with this short programme.

With everything, I aim to work trauma-sensitive and be inclusive to marginalized communities and those with less financial availability.

My background is in yogic breathing as well as PSYCHEDELIC BREATH.
