About the technique: PSYCHEDELIC BREATH
Through the art of breathing consciously, psychedelic breathing supports our exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness and invites us to look within to find our own wisdom – without requiring mind-altering substances.
From a scientific perspective, this kind of breathwork supports your resilience by strengthening the autonomous nervous system. It also has several other beneficial effects on the physical, neurological, psychological, and emotional levels.
About this session
Let Kim Gerlach guide you through a deep 90-minute breathwork experience often described as transformative and awakening. We will settle in the space together and optionally find themes or questions you’d like to address.
After some warm-up breathing and intention setting, Kim will explain the technique and what symptoms and effects it may have. Once all your questions are answered, we will dive into PSYCHEDELIC BREATH - multiple cycles of dynamic breathing and breath retention supported by electronic beats. After the breathwork phase, we will have time to integrate and be in stillness with our activated inner world, before we close with an optional sharing round.
About the prices
I have decided to work with a sliding scale which works on the values of fairly recognizing your financial abilities and practicing solidarity.
Reduced ticket: booked by students, people with (currently) little disposable income, people registered at Jobcenter or Arbeitsamt.
Regular ticket: people who have a regular and steady income and wish to pay the regular price.
Solidarity ticket: this ticket allows me to offer reduced-price tickets. If you can spare some money, please give the possibility to others with less financial freedom to participate.
Bring a friend: Book two tickets and save some money.
Contraindications
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a powerful breathwork practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, detached retina, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).
