About this session
Escape the city and immerse yourself in a soul-soothing breathwork journey, followed by a refreshing dip in a serene lake. Breathe & Bathe is your invitation to reconnect—with nature, your breath, and your body. Kim Gerlach will guide a deep 90-minute breathwork experience often described as transformative and awakening. The event will end with ca. 1 h of integration, enjoying the garden with private lake access. Bring your snacks and sunscreen :)

About Dynamic Breathwork
Through the art of breathing consciously, psychedelic breathing supports our exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness and invites us to look within to find our own wisdom – without requiring mind-altering substances.
From a scientific perspective, this kind of breathwork supports your resilience via strengthening the autonomous nervous system. It also has several other beneficial effects on the physical, neurological, psychological, and emotional levels.
About the prices
I have decided to work with a sliding scale which works on the values of fairly recognizing your financial abilities and practicing solidarity.
Reduced ticket: booked by students, people with (currently) little disposable income, people registered at Jobcenter or Arbeitsamt.
Regular ticket: people who have a regular and steady income and wish to pay the regular price.
Solidarity ticket: this ticket allows me to offer reduced-price tickets. If you can spare some money, please give the possibility to others with less financial freedom to participate.
Bring a friend: Book two tickets and save some money.
Contraindications
This is a powerful breathwork practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, detached retina, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).
